A riverside villa in Bali that takes its own bookings and hands guests the keys to their whole stay.
A beautiful villa was paying a tax on every guest. So we built the way around it.
Villa Astu is a riverside sanctuary in Bali: black steel, glass and bamboo set between the rice fields and the sea. It needed a site that sells the place in one scroll. But the real problem sat behind the booking, because every night reserved through Airbnb or Booking.com quietly gave away a cut. So the site had to do more than look good. It had to take bookings directly, ten to twenty percent under the Airbnb rate, from a calendar that never falls out of sync.
And it keeps working after the booking. A guest portal hands each guest their whole stay: request any of the thirteen on-demand services, from an airport transfer to a floating breakfast, report an issue, and find everything about the villa in one place. The owner runs availability, pricing and services from a single admin, and the calendar keeps every channel pointing at the same truth. One villa, one system.
